Full-flavored Lamuyo type.
Extra-large, avg. 5–6" long x 3 1/2–4" wide, premium-quality fruit that are much more flavorful than a typical blocky bell. Lamuyos are quite popular in southern Europe and have been increasing in popularity in California, where they are enjoyed for their striking appearance and excellent eating quality. Sturdy plant with good leaf cover to protect fruits from sunscald. Frodo is quick to turn red for its type.
